All of the information I will be sharing below comes from a place of compassion and empathy. I can resonate with so much behind the importance of it all. My own mental health has taken a hit over the last month. That is due to me not taking time for me. Putting others needs before my own, working long hours and not rewarding myself with enough time to breath and take care of me.
