Returning Your Order

The Epiphany Closet offer a 14 day return on faulty items only. EXCHANGES ONLY FOR NON FAULTY ITEMS. 

In the highly unlikely event that you find a fault with your order you can, of course, return it to us within 14 days for a full refund.

Please note the order must still be in its original packaging and condition. Ensure you obtain proof of postage of your parcel as we cannot be liable for parcels lost in transit

Please note that we do not cover the cost for you to return your parcel, this will be at your expense.

How can I cancel my order?

We aim to get your parcels to you as quickly as possible, but if you contact us before you have received your 'despatch' email we will cancel your order and issue you with a full refund.

If you would like to cancel your order after you have received your 'despatch' email you will need to wait until you receive your order and return it to us. This will be at your own cost.
